What is The Women’s Division?
No one knows your business like you, but that doesn’t mean can’t build ourselves up with a community around us of people who’ve walked the path or are currently walking it, who truly *get it*. For so many of us, we’ve got a lot to navigate: the constant competing priorities, the mental load, the need to work on your business rather than just in it, but never really finding the time…. Until now…

The Women’s Division is a group mentorship program where you’ll join us every month to talk through the issues that mean the most to you, and build even more momentum in your high-performing business.

Why was it set up?
Like I always say, your business is the vehicle for delivering the life you want to live. We can set up and run our businesses exactly the way we want, and truly thrive, both personally and professionally. But there are common threads that keep coming up when I’ve been speaking to women in business:• A sense of isolation,
• Craving an experienced sounding board to help with decision-making for the next big business move,
• Being the parent and partner you want to be while building your biz,
• Simply finding enough hours in the day to fit it all in and feel like you’re making some headway, not just treading water

The Women’s Division is your safe harbour to problem solve, move your business forward, generate ideas and get a fresh perspective on how to execute your big ideas and clear all the clutter occupying valuable real estate in your brain!
